You will have also direct access to our telephone support desk as well has a helpdesk ticketing system to manage with day to day enquiries expediently.
Hosting
We will host your new website on a dedicated server with extensive bandwidth capabilities. The severs we use are Amazon's EC2 (elastic computer cloud) service, which offers the next-generation of server farm in the form of utility computing.
This approach, which is tried and tested by the majority of our clients, has the following benefits:
- You will not have to worry about buying or supporting any new technology for the purposes of running your new site. To manage the website content, all that will be required is a computer with a connection to the Internet.
