Lessons From Auschwitz
Through The Lessons from Auschwitz Project, a Government initiative, sixth-form students and their teachers take part in two afternoon seminars and a one-day visit to the former Nazi extermination camp of Auschwitz-Birkenau in order to then pass on the lessons in their schools and communities
While the website is the public face of the LFA Project, the majority of the work we have done for them is behind the scenes.
We have developed bespoke trip management software that facilitates the management of sending two children from every school in the country to Poland. So far nearly 5,000 sixth-form students have taken part.
Through out the trip Students are encouraged to post their thoughts and opinions in an online portal specifically developed for LFA. A secure Social Network if you like.
Students can post comments on educational resource, upload photos, videos, and essays, while all the time being monitored by allocated LFA educators.
The website is updated via our Content Management System where as the Trip Management and Secure portal are both high-end bespoke software developments.
